"I see," you say, staring through the window at the meteor.
Your grandfather looks relieved that you believe him. He gives you a sheepish grin, looking down at the paint bucket. "Uh, Syd?"
"Yes?"
"Can you help me paint the top of the window? I can't quite reach it."
"Sure."
You reach over and retrieve the paintbucket and your grandfather hands you the paintbrush. You paint over the rest of the window. After you finish you give the supplies back to him. He says a quick thank you before hurrying off to paint the remaining windows.
You lay down on the sofa and decide to take a nap.
